Bratwurst & Sauerkraut










Ingredients:
  • 2 tbls Olive Oil
  • 16 oz Bratwurst, cut in thirds
  • 16 oz Yellow Potato, cubed
  • 16 oz Sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 oz Porter Beer, drink the rest
Directions:
  • Casserole dish with glass lid
  • Saute the brats, into the dish
  • Saute the potatoes, into the dish
  • Add sauerkraut and beer
  • Into a 350 drgree oven for 45 minutes
  • Enjoy
