Ingredients:
- 2 tbls Olive Oil
- 16 oz Bratwurst, cut in thirds
- 16 oz Yellow Potato, cubed
- 16 oz Sauerkraut, drained
- 4 oz Porter Beer, drink the rest

Directions:
- Casserole dish with glass lid
- Saute the brats, into the dish
- Saute the potatoes, into the dish
- Add sauerkraut and beer
- Into a 350 drgree oven for 45 minutes
- Enjoy
