Chicken Cacciatore



In a skillet, medium-high flame, add oil and onions, cook until translucent, stirred occasionally.  Shove over to the side, add the garlic and the chicken, skin side down, season the chicken.  Cook until skin is golden brown, turn over and brown the other side.  Add the tomato and wine and reduce heat to a simmer, about 40 minutes.

Serve with garlic toast.
