Ingredients:
- 12 oz sirloin, diced
- 6 oz chopped onion
- 14 oz diced rutabaga
- 5 oz peas
- some chopped mushrooms
- 1 oz butter
- 2 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
- preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- mix the ingredients, divide to four 6" bowls
- divide the pastry to four balls
- roll ball to a 10" circle, place in a 8" bowl
- a bowlful of ingredents into the pastry, with dab of butter
- paint the edge of the pastry with water
- fold the pastry into a half moon, pinch the wet edges
- pick up the pasty with floured hands to form
- pasty on a baking sheet, into the oven for 75 minutes
