Creamy Chicken Alfredo



Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.   Slice the chicken into pieces, coat with salt and flour.  Heat a skillet with the oil, add the chicken, 2-4 minutes to brown one side, flip 2-4 minutes to brown on the other side. (see to the left)  Remove the chicken and place into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In the skillet, add the garlic and onion, brown for 1-2 minutes.  Add the cream and cheese and a dash of pepper, bring the cream to a boil for about 2-3 minutes, to thicken slightly.  Spoon the over the chicken in the baking dish.  Place in oven for 10-15 minutes.

In a dish, place chicken and sauce on a bed of either cooked pasta or cooked rice.  Sprinkle with a little of parsley.
