Ingredients:
- 3 tbls butter
- 1 medium onion, fine chop
- 16 oz mushroom, thin sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbls parsley
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbls AP flour
- tsp white wine vinegar

Directions:
- melt butter in skillet
- saute onion in butter until translucent
- add mushroom, cook to limp
- transfer to pot, add broth
- heat to boil, reduce to simmper for 20 minutes
- stir sour and chream and flour, a little water to sauce
- stir into pot, gently
- add vinegar, serve
