Ingredients:
- 14 oz russet potato, cubed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 clove fresh minced)
- 1 tbls butter
- 1/2 tsp half sweet paprika
- chopped green onion (optional)

Directions:
- cook potato, drain
- add sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper,
- and garlic -- mash (milk to thin if needed)
- trasfer into a baking dish
- cover with plastic wrap, in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours
- preheat oven to 350F
- unwrap, melted butter on top, sprinkle paprika on top
- dish into oven for 30 minutes
- Done, serve
