Honey Garlic Chicken





Ingredients:
  • 16 oz chicken breast, half sliced
  • (3 of 4 halves, 1 left for jambalaya)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp each black pepper and salt
  • 2 tbls butter, tbls olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbls soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbls wine vinegar
Directions:
  • bowl: flour, salt and pepper
  • bowl: mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar
  • Skillet, butter+oil, hot, add floured chicken, 3 minutes
  • flip chicken, 1 minute, room the center for:
  • 1 tbls butter, garlic, 1 minute
  • add honey soy vinegar, simmer for 3 minutes
  • chicken on plates, sauce over
  • serve with mixed vegetables
