Italian Drunken Noodles





Ingredients:
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 14 oz mild italian sausage
  • large onion, sliced
  • 1.5 cups Bell Peppers, frenched
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 tsp each basil, oregano, rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp each thyme, black pepper, salt
  • grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
  • start cooking the noodles
  • break up the sausage, brown in oil
  • add onion and pepper, cook 5 minutes
  • add garlic and pepper flakes, cook 1 minute
  • add canned tomato and wine
  • add seasoning, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
  • add the drained noodles, toss well
  • serve, top with parmesan
