Korean Beef w/ rice noodles



Korean Beef Marinade


Ingredients:
  • 6 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sliced green onion
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 12 oz Round Beef, thin sliced
Directions:
  • In a small bowl:
  • gochujang, soy, vinegar, sesame oil
  • onion, garlic, ginger, sugar
  • sliced beef in a zip bag
  • quarter of the marinade in the zip bag
  • cover the rest of the marinade
  • into the refrigerator for overnight

beef, vegetables and noodles

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet
  • 8 oz dry rice noodles
  • 6 oz sliced onion
  • 4 oz sliced mushroom
  • 4 oz snap peas
  • 3 tbsp sliced green onion
Directions:
  • heat the oil in skillet, 2 minutes before water boiling
  • pot of boiling water, add noodles in water for 10 minutes
  • meanwhile, marinaded beef into the skillet for 3 minutes
  • add the vegs in the skillet with the beef for 7 minutes
  • skillet to low heat, add the leftover marinade
  • drain the noodles, add to the skillet
  • serve on plates
  • garlish with sliced green onion
