Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Brests (18oz) cut to six pieces
- 12 slices shaved deli ham
- 3 slices swiss cheese
- 6 canned sliced pineapple
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from the above can)
- 2 Tbl butter, melted
- 1 Tbl BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash of Arizona Gunslinger

Directions:
- Put chicken into a quart sized zip bag
- Mix in a bowl -- juice, butter, etc.
- Pour the marinade into bag with the chicken
- Zip it, ignore it for 2 to 4 hours
- Make a green salad on three dishes
- Fire up the BBQ Grill
- Grill the Pineapple, both sides, put on the side
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes
- Flip, grill the chicken for 3 minutes
- Add ham and cheese and pineapple
- When the cheese is melted, place chicken on dishes
- Done
