Baked Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

served with pasta and alfredo sauce




Ingredients:
  • 3 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp each: onion powder,
  • garlic powder, adobo, parsley
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs

  • 5 oz pasta
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • 3 tbls minced onion, 1 minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup parmesan
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • pork and olive oil in baking dish
  • bowl with parmesan cheese
  • bowl, beat eggs, mix in onion garlic adobo parsley
  • bowl with bread crumbs
  • pick up each chop, drench with oil, dust with salt and pepper
  • chop into the cheese, then the eggs, then the crumbs, back into the dish
  • chops into the oven for 20 minutes, out to gently flip, back for 20 minutes more

  • boil pasta
  • Saute onion and garlic
  • add cream and cheese
  • cook for about 5 minutes to make saucy
  • drain pasta, add sauce, place on a plate with a chop
  • DONE
