Ingredients:
- 3 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 oz olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp each: onion powder,
- garlic powder, adobo, parsley
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 5 oz pasta
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 3 tbls minced onion, 1 minced garlic
- 2/3 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup parmesan

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- pork and olive oil in baking dish
- bowl with parmesan cheese
- bowl, beat eggs, mix in onion garlic adobo parsley
- bowl with bread crumbs
- pick up each chop, drench with oil, dust with salt and pepper
- chop into the cheese, then the eggs, then the crumbs, back into the dish
- chops into the oven for 20 minutes, out to gently flip, back for 20 minutes more
- boil pasta
- Saute onion and garlic
- add cream and cheese
- cook for about 5 minutes to make saucy
- drain pasta, add sauce, place on a plate with a chop
- DONE
