Divide the beef into three, form into patties large enough to
shrink after cooking to fit the bread. Sprinkle with Seasoned
Salt.

Barbeque the beef, top with cheese

Place butter in a skillet, saute the onions until
browned

Paint a slice of bread melted butter. Place butter
down side on a skillet, topped with the beef, onions, dressing and the second
slice of bread, topped with melted butter. When the bottom
is toasted, flip it over, toast the second side and
serve.
