Ingredients:
- 15 oz chicken breast
- 3 tbls flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 oz olive oil
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 oz butter
- 1 1/3 cups cream
- 2 tbls orange marmalade
- 1 tbls dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp each basil, oregano
- 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder

Directions:
- in 10" skillet:
- flour salt pepper on breast
- breast in hot oil, 3 minutes each side
- remove to plate
- pecans in butter, 4 minutes
- in the above 10" skillet
- add cream, marmalade, mustart, spices
- add pecans, cook 4 minutes
- add chicken, cook until the sauce is thickened
- serve with Fried Rice
