Pizza


The Dough


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbls sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup hot (110 degree) water
Directions:
  • Add ingredients into the bread maker
  • (check the dough is not too wet or dry)
  • Let the dough maker for 90 minutes
  • Make the dough into two balls
  • Refrigerate for overnight
  • Let it come back to room temperture
  • Roll out on two pizza pan

Toppings



Ingredients:
  • 14oz jar of Pizza Sauce
  • 18 oz Mild Italian Sausage
  • In 7" bowls:
  • 6 oz Mushroom, sliced
  • Red onion, half sliced
  • Red Bell Pepper, frenched
  • 14 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions:
  • Spread the sauce in the rounds
  • Add mushrooms
  • Add onion, pepper, and sausage
  • mostly spread the cheese
  • Into a 450 degree oven for 90 minutes
  • Cool a little
  • Slide onto the chopping board
  • (doesn't everyone have an 18" x 25" board?)
  • Slice and serve, with a glass of Grolsch
