Ingredients:
- 3 pork chops (4 to 5 oz each)
- 1 tbs Avocado oil
- 1 cup dry Jasmine rice
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 tbs butter
- 2 cups beef broth (better than bouillon)
- Dash of salt, pepper, powdered garlic, Penzeys Bavarian,
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
- Set oven to 425 degrees
- In the Iron Skillet:
- Saute chops in oil, 2.5 minutes/side, remove to plate
- Saute onion and celery in butter, 3 minutes
- Add rice, 3 minutes
- Add broth/seasoning
- Add chops on top
- cover (aluminum foil acceptable)
- Place in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
