Pork Chops w/rice







Ingredients:
  • 3 pork chops (4 to 5 oz each)
  • 1 tbs Avocado oil

  • 1 cup dry Jasmine rice
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 2 cups beef broth (better than bouillon)
  • Dash of salt, pepper, powdered garlic, Penzeys Bavarian, Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
  • Set oven to 425 degrees
  • In the Iron Skillet:
  • Saute chops in oil, 2.5 minutes/side, remove to plate
  • Saute onion and celery in butter, 3 minutes
  • Add rice, 3 minutes
  • Add broth/seasoning
  • Add chops on top
  • cover (aluminum foil acceptable)
  • Place in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
