Pork Chops w/ garlic-mushroom sauce



Ingredients:
  • 1 oz avocado oil
  • 3 pork chops (4 to 5 oz each)
  • 3/4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 oz butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbs wheat flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
Serve with mashed potatoes and peas

Directions:
  • boil the potato
  • Saute garlic in butter
  • add mushroom, 5 minutes
  • add flour, brown
  • add broth, season, simmer until thick
  • while simmering:
  • dijon on chops, 3 minutes per side
  • mash the potato, nuke the peas
