Roast Beef

Ingredients:

  • Eye of Round
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper
  • Yukon potato
  • carrot
  • sweet onion

Directions:

  • cut carrot, boil 5 minutes
  • cut onion and potato, add to carrot, boil 5 minutes
  • drain, put vegetables in oven with the beef
  • Rotisserie for about 2 hours
