Spanish Rice & Kielbasa Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tbls butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red bell (or yellow, orange, green) ipepper
- 1 cup sliced celery (2 stalks)
- 2 links Alpine Market Polish Kielbasy, sliced
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 box Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice
- 1 2/3 cup water
- 1 can Hunts no added salt petite diced tomato

Directions:
Butter in hot skillet. Add vegetables, cook 3 minutes. Add
sausage, cook 3 minutes. Remove into a bowl.
Butter in hot skillet. Add rice & pasta, cook 3 minutes. Add
water, package of spices, tomato.
Bring back up to boiling, add vegetable/sausage, cover and simmer for 15 to
20 minutes.
Done.
