Ingredients:

• New York Steak
• mushroom
• butter
• onion, fine chop
• 12 ounce russet potato
• sour cream

Directions:

Saute mushroom Microwave potato BBQ steak Saute onion in butter, add sour cream. Serve steak covered with mushroom, potato covered with onion/butter/sour cream
