Ingredients:
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 lb ground beef (or bison or turkey)
- 14 oz kielbasa, sliced
- 1 mediun onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 14.5 oz can no salt diced tomato
- 14.5 oz vegetable broth
- small cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup rice

Directions:
- butter in hot 10" skillet
- add onion, celery, garlic, 1 minute
- add beef and sausage, cook until browned, about 5 minutes
- transfer to pot
- add cabage, tomato broth and rice, heat to boil
- cover, reduce to simmer, stir occasionally, 30 to 40 minutes
- done serve in bowl, with a beer
