Chicken Tomato Skillet





Ingredients:
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 14 oz chicken breasts
  • dash 4S salt, dash black pepper

  • 2 tbls butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 cups sliced onion
  • 12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbls white wine vinegar
  • 1 tps honey

  • rice or pasta

Directions:
  • oil in hot 8" skillet
  • season chicken breast, cook 3 minutes
  • flip, cook for 3 minutes more
  • reduce to low, flip one in a while

  • meanwhile, butter in hot 10" skillet
  • garlic for 1 minute
  • add onion and tomato, cook to limp
  • add vinegar and honey

  • meanwhile, cook the rice and/or pasta

  • pasta/rice on plate, add chicken, add vegetables
  • garish with parsley
