Ingredients:
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 14 oz chicken breasts
- dash 4S salt, dash black pepper
- 2 tbls butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cups sliced onion
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbls white wine vinegar
- 1 tps honey
- rice or pasta

Directions:
- oil in hot 8" skillet
- season chicken breast, cook 3 minutes
- flip, cook for 3 minutes more
- reduce to low, flip one in a while
- meanwhile, butter in hot 10" skillet
- garlic for 1 minute
- add onion and tomato, cook to limp
- add vinegar and honey
- meanwhile, cook the rice and/or pasta
- pasta/rice on plate, add chicken, add vegetables
- garish with parsley
