Ingredients:
- 3 oz butter
- 8 oz chopped onion
- 1.5 oz chopped mushroom
- 15 oz ground beef
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Penzey's 4S salt
- 1 tsp basil, 1 tbls parsley
- 1 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 24 oz russet potato
- 2 tbls butter
- salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
- saute onions and mushroom in butter until tender
- add beef, until brown
- add pepper, 4S, Worcestershire, flour; for 1 minute
- microwave vegetables, add to beef
- mix, place in casserole dish
- boil potato, mash with butter, salt and pepper
- add potato over the beef in the casserole dish
- cook in 400F oven, for 35 minutes
- DONE, serve.
