Cottage Pie

 
Ingredients:
  • 3 oz butter
  • 8 oz chopped onion
  • 1.5 oz chopped mushroom
  • 15 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Penzey's 4S salt
  • 1 tsp basil, 1 tbls parsley
  • 1 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables

  • 24 oz russet potato
  • 2 tbls butter
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
Directions:
  • saute onions and mushroom in butter until tender
  • add beef, until brown
  • add pepper, 4S, Worcestershire, flour; for 1 minute
  • microwave vegetables, add to beef
  • mix, place in casserole dish
  • boil potato, mash with butter, salt and pepper
  • add potato over the beef in the casserole dish
  • cook in 400F oven, for 35 minutes
  • DONE, serve.
