Ingredients:
- 6 oz mediun shells
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 cup onion, fine chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, fine chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, fine chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 oz ground beef
- 3 tbls wheat flour
- 3 tbls tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shedded
- parsley for garish

Directions:
- cook pasta, to side
- butter in skillet, hot
- add garlic, lightly brown
- add onion, bell pepper, mushroom, to translucennt
- add beef, breaking up, until browned
- add flour, lightly browned
- add tomato paste
- add broth, cream, and seasoning, 10-15 minutes to thicken
- add cheese, stir
- add cooked pasta, to heat
- serve, parsley for garish
