Cream Garlic Beef Pasta



Ingredients:
  • 6 oz mediun shells

  • 2 tbls butter
  • 1 cup onion, fine chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, fine chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, fine chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 oz ground beef
  • 3 tbls wheat flour
  • 3 tbls tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shedded
  • parsley for garish
Directions:
  • cook pasta, to side

  • butter in skillet, hot
  • add garlic, lightly brown
  • add onion, bell pepper, mushroom, to translucennt
  • add beef, breaking up, until browned
  • add flour, lightly browned
  • add tomato paste
  • add broth, cream, and seasoning, 10-15 minutes to thicken
  • add cheese, stir
  • add cooked pasta, to heat

  • serve, parsley for garish
