Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cups milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar, for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the rum, leave in the 'fridge for 1 to 6 hours
- 30 minutes before serving...
- Beat the cream until stiff peaks
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks
- In the big bowl with the egg/sugar/rum...
- Mix in the milk and nutmeg
- Gently fold in the egg whites
- Gently fold in the cream
- Minimum whisk together
- Serve in glasses with a dusting of nutmeg
