Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup dry rice
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbls butter
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 egg scrambled
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small carrot, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/3 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
- cook rice, cool, refrigerate for 20 hours or so
- Scramble egg, set aside
- Butter in skillet, add carrot & onion, 4 minutes
- add garlic, cook 1 minute
- add cold rice and peas, cook to rice to brown
- add eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, cook 2 minutes
- Done
