Raisin Rum Ice Cream

- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup rum
- soak for 4 to 24 hours
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- heat to nearly simmering, cool
- add 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- add the above raisins
- cool to near freezing
- use the icecream maker
- freeze
