Ingredients:
- 14 oz Yellow Potato
- butter, sour cream, salt pepper
- 1 tbls butter
- 6 oz onion, sliced
- 6 oz bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup red wine
- dash salt, dash pepper, 1/2 tsp basil
- 18 oz bratwurst

Directions:
- boil potato
- mash with butter, sour cream, salt, pepper
- Saute onion and pepper in butter, 5 minutes
- add wine, simmer for 15 minutes
- add salt, pepper, basil
- fire up the BBQ
- bratwurst in potato water for 10 minutes
- grill bratwurst for 4 minutes
- Brat on bed of peppers, mashes on side: Enjoy
