- 2 tbls Olive Oil
- 13 oz ham, chopped
- 6 oz onion, chopped
- 6 oz bell pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 4 oz pineapple tibits
- 1 tbls sesame oil
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tbls teriyaki
- green onion, sliced, for garish

Directions:
- Yesterday, cook the rice, into 'fridge
- Hot oil, onion and pepper, 3 minutes
- add ham and pineapple, 3 minutes
- make space, add eggs, cook to solid
- add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil
- add teriyaki sauce, 5 minutes
- serve on plates, garish with green onion
