Ingredients:
- 16 oz chicken breast, half sliced
- (3 of 4 halves, 1 left for jambalaya)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp each black pepper and salt
- 2 tbls butter, tbls olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbls soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbls wine vinegar

Directions:
- bowl: flour, salt and pepper
- bowl: mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar
- Skillet, butter+oil, hot, add floured chicken, 3 minutes
- flip chicken, 1 minute, room the center for:
- 1 tbls butter, garlic, 1 minute
- add honey soy vinegar, simmer for 3 minutes
- chicken on plates, sauce over
- serve with mixed vegetables
