Ingredients:
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 tbls avocado oil
- 6 oz bell pepper, frenched
- 8 oz snap peas
- 1 tbls avocado oil
- 15 oz pork loin, chopped
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbls wine vinegar
- 1 tbls toasted sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbls grated ginger
- 1 tsp gochujang paste

Directions:
- cook noodles, 6 minutes, to side
- Oil in hot Wok
- add vegetables until starting to brown 5 minutes, to bowl
- add oil, add pork to cooked and brown 8 minutes
- add the vegetables, add the sauce, 3 to 8 minutes to thickened
- noodles in plate, pork etc. on top, serve!
