Ingredients:
- 3 oz butter
- 14 oz sliced kielbasa
- 14 oz diced yellow potato
- 8 oz diced red onion
- 8 oz diced red orange and/or bell pepper

- butter in skillet or wok, to hot
- add potato, 4 minutes
- add onion, 4 minutes
- add pepper, 4 minutes
- add kielbasa, 3 minutes
