Ingredients:
- 4 oz gochujang paste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sliced green onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 4 tsp sugar
- 12 oz Round Beef, thin sliced

Directions:
- In a small bowl:
- gochujang, soy, vinegar, sesame oil
- onion, garlic, ginger, sugar
- sliced beef in a zip bag
- quarter of the marinade in the zip bag
- cover the rest of the marinade
- into the refrigerator for overnight
