Ingredients:
- 3 oz olive oil
- 15 oz chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 2 tbls wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp each basil, oregano
- 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, ginger powder

Directions:
- mix marmalade, soy, vinegar, spices
- oil into skillet, hot
- mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlid
- flour chicken, in skillet, stir, 'til brown
- add sauce, cook, stir regularly, until sauce is thick
- serve over rice
