The Dough

Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 tbls sugar 2 tbls butter 2 tsp yeast 2 tsp salt 1 1/3 cup hot (110 degree) water

Directions: Add ingredients into the bread maker (check the dough is not too wet or dry) Let the dough maker for 90 minutes Make the dough into two balls Refrigerate for overnight Let it come back to room temperture Roll out on two pizza pan

Toppings

Ingredients: 14oz jar of Pizza Sauce 18 oz Mild Italian Sausage In 7" bowls: 6 oz Mushroom, sliced Red onion, half sliced Red Bell Pepper, frenched 14 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions: Spread the sauce in the rounds Add mushrooms Add onion, pepper, and sausage mostly spread the cheese Into a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes Cool a little Slide onto the chopping board (doesn't everyone have an 18" x 25" board?) Slice and serve, with a glass of Grolsch
