Ingredients:
- 1 oz avavado oil
- 14 oz chuck beef, chucked
- 2 tbsp butter
- onion, small chop
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 oz egg noodles
- parsley for garnish

Directions:
- cook the noodles, drain
- hot oil in wok
- add beef, cook to brown, to plate
- add butter to wok
- add onion until transparent, about 10 minutes
- add garlic, cook 1 minute more
- add tomato paste and paprika, stir for 2 minutes
- add beef broth and caraway seeds
- add beef back into the wok, bring to boil
- lower heat to dead low, cover, simmer for 2 to 3 hours
- add sour cream, salt and pepper
- noodles on plates
- gulasch over the noodles
- serve! DONE
