Rahmgulasch





Ingredients:
  • 1 oz avavado oil
  • 14 oz chuck beef, chucked

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • onion, small chop

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika

  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds

  • 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • parsley for garnish
Directions:
  • cook the noodles, drain

  • hot oil in wok
  • add beef, cook to brown, to plate

  • add butter to wok
  • add onion until transparent, about 10 minutes
  • add garlic, cook 1 minute more
  • add tomato paste and paprika, stir for 2 minutes

  • add beef broth and caraway seeds
  • add beef back into the wok, bring to boil
  • lower heat to dead low, cover, simmer for 2 to 3 hours

  • add sour cream, salt and pepper
  • noodles on plates
  • gulasch over the noodles
  • serve! DONE
