Ingredients:
- 1 tbls butter
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 3 pork chops, flatten
- 1/4 flour, 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 salt
- a splash of red wine
- 2 tbls butter
- 2 oz onion, sliced, short
- 4 oz mushroom, thin sliced
- 2/3 cup vegetable broth
- 2/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:
- flour, pepper, salt, paprika in bowl
- hot skillet in butter and oil
- flour pork, in skillet for 3 minutes
- flip the pork, cook for 3 minutes more
- pork in to a plate to the side
- wine in skillet, add butter, hot
- add onion and mushroom, cook to limp
- add broth and cream, simmer to thicken
- add pork into sauce, heat about 3 minutes
- serve pork on dish, add sauce
- serve with potato (fried, mashed, or salad)
