Rahmschnitzel





Ingredients:
  • 1 tbls butter
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 3 pork chops, flatten
  • 1/4 flour, 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 salt

  • a splash of red wine
  • 2 tbls butter
  • 2 oz onion, sliced, short
  • 4 oz mushroom, thin sliced
  • 2/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
Directions:
  • flour, pepper, salt, paprika in bowl
  • hot skillet in butter and oil
  • flour pork, in skillet for 3 minutes
  • flip the pork, cook for 3 minutes more
  • pork in to a plate to the side

  • wine in skillet, add butter, hot
  • add onion and mushroom, cook to limp
  • add broth and cream, simmer to thicken
  • add pork into sauce, heat about 3 minutes
  • serve pork on dish, add sauce
  • serve with potato (fried, mashed, or salad)
