Ingredients:
- 5 oz butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 16 oz yellow potato, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup red bell peppers, diced
- 12 oz round beef, leftover, diced
- seasoned salt, pepper, basil

Directions:
- in the big skillet, butter and oil, heat to hot
- add potato, cook about 10 minutes
- add onion, cook about 10 minutes
- add red bell pepper
- add roast beef,
- add seasoning, cook about 5 minutes
