- 1 tsp black pepper
- 14 oz red/yellow potato
- 12 oz carrot
- 12 oz sweet onion

- cut carrot, boil 5 minutes

- add cut onion
- vegetables in pan in oven
- rotisserie beef for 135 minutes
- DONE, serve
