Salsa Mac Beef





Ingredients:
  • 15 oz ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups mediun shells

  • 2 tbls butter, 2 tbls ap flour
  • 6 oz milk
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese

  • 10 oz salsa
  • (tomato, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice)

Directions:
  • Cook beef in large skillet until brown
  • add broth and pasta, heat to boiling
  • reduce to medium-low and cover for 10 minutes

  • hot small skillet, butter, flour, 3 minutes
  • add milk, 3 minutes
  • add cheese, 3 minutes

  • beef back to medium, add salsa, add cheese
  • heat, serve
