Ingredients:
- 15 oz ground beef
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups mediun shells
- 2 tbls butter, 2 tbls ap flour
- 6 oz milk
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 10 oz salsa
- (tomato, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice)

Directions:
- Cook beef in large skillet until brown
- add broth and pasta, heat to boiling
- reduce to medium-low and cover for 10 minutes
- hot small skillet, butter, flour, 3 minutes
- add milk, 3 minutes
- add cheese, 3 minutes
- beef back to medium, add salsa, add cheese
- heat, serve
