Ingredients:
- 15 oz ground beef
- 2 oz butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10.75 oz can tomato soup
- with 5.5 oz water (just a half can)
- 6 oz wide egg noodles
- 12 oz sauerkraut, well drained (24 oz jar)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, tbls parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
- cook the noodles
- cook onion in butter until transparent
- add ground beef, add seasoning
- greased 9x13 casserole pan
- add sauerkraut, sprinkle sugar on top
- add noodles on top, pour soup on top
- add hamburger on top, swiss cheese on top
- bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, serve
