- 6 oz mushroom caps
marinade:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbls fresh dill weed
- 1 bay leaf
side:
- 13 oz baby potatoes
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:

- sirloin into zip bag
- mix marinade ingredients in bowl
- add marinade to bag, refrigerate for 5 hours
- remove from refrigerator, soak skewer, 1 hour
side
- boil potatoes, 10 minutes
- halve potatoes, oil, oregano, toss
- potatoes to pan to broil
skewer
- skewer meat, onion, pepper, mushroom
- skewers onto the barbie 8 minutes
- while cooking, add a little marinade, rotate
