Ingredients:
- 3 oz olive oil
- 3 flattened chicken breasts, 15 oz
- 3 tbls AP flour
- 1 egg, 2 tbls cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika
- 4 oz bread crumbs
- 2 tbls butter
- 1/2 cup fine chopped onion
- 1 tbls AP flour
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt
- lotsa frenched potatoes

Directions:
- 3 bowls, one with flour
- one with egg, cream and seasoning
- one with crumbs
- dip chicken in flour, then egg, in crumbs
- fry in olive oil, 3 minutes each side
- butter in hot skillet, add onion until limp
- add flour, cook 1 minute
- add wine, sour cream, salt & pepper
- simmer until saucy
- deep fry potatoes until brown
- chicken on plate, sauce over chicken, fries on side
- Done
