Ingredients:

• New York Steak, black pepper, Penzey's 4S
• mushroom
• butter
• onion, fine chop for potato *or* slice for with mushrooms
• 12 ounce russet potato *or* fresh corn on the cob
• sour cream if with potato

Directions:

Saute mushroom Microwave potato BBQ steak Saute onion in butter, add sour cream. Serve steak covered with mushroom, potato covered with onion/butter/sour cream
