Ingredients:
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 12 oz sirloin, shaved
- 6 oz onion, thin sliced
- 6 oz mushroom caps, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 4.5 large red peppers, halved

Directions:
- preheat oven to 400F
- peppers in oven for 30 minutes
- meanwhile, brown meat
- add onion and mushrooms for 8 minutes
- 1.5 tbls rice in each pepper
- 1/2 slice cheese in each pepper
- 2 tbls meat/onion/mushroom in each pepper
- 1/3 slice cheese in each pepper
- bake for 7 minutes
- DONE
