Ingredients:
Schnitzel
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 3 pork chops, flatten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten, 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 salt, 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
sauce
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbls ap flour
- 3 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
topping
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese

Directions:
- flour in a bowl
- egg and spices in second bowl
- bread crumbs in third bowl
- pork in flour, then egg, then crumbs
- hot skillet, pork on for 2.5 minutes
- flip the pork, cook for 2.5 minutes more
- pork in to casserole
- butter, hot skillet
- add onion, cook to limp
- add flour cook to tan
- mix sour cream, cream and wine
- add to onion, simmer to thicken
- add sauce over the schnitzel, top with cheese
- bake for 30 minutes
- serve with potato (fried or roasted) and/or mixed vegs
