Ginger Soy Chicken

note: make rice yesterday





Ingredients:
  • ** bowl #1 **
  • 16 oz chicken breast, chunked
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • chili flakes to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • marinate 10+ minutes

  • 2 tbls butter
  • ** bowl #2 **
  • large onion, sliced
  • mediun red bell pepper, frenched
  • mediun yellow bell pepper, frenched

  • ** bowl #3 **
  • 3 oz chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Directions:
  • Hot Skillet, lightly oiled
  • bowl #1, 5 minutes, back to bowl
  • butter, bowl #2 to limp
  • add back in bowl #1
  • add bowl #3

  • serve with Fried Rice
