- marinate 10+ minutes
- 2 tbls butter

- mediun red bell pepper, frenched
- mediun yellow bell pepper, frenched

- 3 oz chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce

- Hot Skillet, lightly oiled
- bowl #1, 5 minutes, back to bowl
- butter, bowl #2 to limp
- add back in bowl #1
- add bowl #3
- serve with Fried Rice
