Hibachi Chicken

note: make rice yesterday





Ingredients:
  • butter and olive oil as needed

  • ** bowl #1 **
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tso black pepper
  • 15 oz chicken breast, chunked
  • marinate 10+ minutes

  • ** bowl #2 **
  • small onion, sliced
  • small red bell pepper, frenched
  • cup of broccoli
  • samll zucchini, sliced, halved
  • small carrot, julienned
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • Fried Rice
Directions:
  • Hot oil in iron skillet
  • add bowl #1, cook until nicely browned

  • Hot oil in wok
  • add bowl #2, cook to tender/golden
  • add soy sauce

  • make the Fried Rice

  • serve plates with rice/chicken/vegetables
