- butter and olive oil as needed

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tso black pepper
- 15 oz chicken breast, chunked
- marinate 10+ minutes
- ** bowl #2 **
- small onion, sliced
- small red bell pepper, frenched
- cup of broccoli
- samll zucchini, sliced, halved
- small carrot, julienned
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Fried Rice

Directions:
- Hot oil in iron skillet
- add bowl #1, cook until nicely browned
- Hot oil in wok
- add bowl #2, cook to tender/golden
- add soy sauce
- make the Fried Rice
- serve plates with rice/chicken/vegetables
