Pastrami Ruben



Ingredients:
  • 6 slices dark rye bread
  • 10 oz thin sliced pastrami
  • 24 oz jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • thousand island dressing
  • 2 oz Butter
Directions:
  • thousand dressing on six slices of bread
  • spread pastrami three slices
  • spread sauerkraut on the pastrami
  • 4/3 slices of swiss on the 'kraut
  • top the bread, butter, butter down on a hot grill
  • butter the top, flip, on the hot grill
