- 6 slices dark rye bread
- 10 oz thin sliced pastrami
- 24 oz jar sauerkraut, drained
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- thousand island dressing
- 2 oz Butter

Directions:
- thousand dressing on six slices of bread
- spread pastrami three slices
- spread sauerkraut on the pastrami
- 4/3 slices of swiss on the 'kraut
- top the bread, butter, butter down on a hot grill
- butter the top, flip, on the hot grill
